Digital Marketing Intern

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our team at Neaten India Group. As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will play a vital role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with potential franchisees, and supporting various digital marketing initiatives. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of digital marketing within the context of the automobile franchise industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:
Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience to build brand awareness.

**Content Creation**:
Contribute to the development of compelling and informative content for blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and other digital assets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging.

**SEO and SEM**:
Assist in optimizing website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.

Assist in managing and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.

**Analytics and Reporting**:
Monitor and analyse digital marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant platforms.

Prepare regular reports detailing key metrics and trends to provide insights for continuous improvement.

**Online Community Engagement**:
Participate in online forums, groups, and communities related to the automobile and franchise industries to establish the company's presence and engage with potential franchisees.

**Market Research**:
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, contribute to campaign planning, and provide input on creative projects.

**Qualifications**:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Strong interest in digital marketing, with a basic understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.

Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing concepts.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.

Passion for the automobile industry and franchising is advantageous.

Duration and Compensation:
This is a 6-month internship opportunity with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Compensation and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
