About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 2D floor plan illustrations from architectural drawings, blueprints, or AutoCAD files.
- Ensure illustrations accurately reflect dimensions, proportions, and layout details.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and architecture teams to align style and output quality.
- Deliver final illustrations in the required formats (PNG, SVG, PDF, etc.) and within deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized file structure for all visual assets.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a 2D Illustrator or similar role, preferably in real estate, architecture, or interior design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar vector-based tools.
- Ability to interpret architectural plans and translate them into clear, simplified visuals.
- Understanding of color theory, scale, and composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- (Optional) Familiarity with AutoCAD or SketchUp for basic plan referencing.

Nice to Have
- Experience working with 3D visualization or marketing materials for real estate.
- Understanding of branding and layout design for brochures or websites.
- Prior work with real estate developers or architectural firms.
