Designation Quality Control Executive
Experience: 5 to 10 years

Your job responsibilities are listed below for your understanding and acceptance. In case of any system up-gradation in future, you will be simultaneously re-trained to understand the new implementation.
- Observing and complying with Good Laboratory Practice, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and data integrity. Observing and complying with company Health and Safety Policies.
- Writing/Reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Specifications, Standard Test Procedure and Data recording sheet of RM,PM and FP.
- Preparing and reviewing quality reports, including analytical reports (for raw materials and finished products), Certificates of Analysis (COA) (for finished products) and stability reports with ERP related activities.
- Sampling and testing of raw materials and packing materials. Testing of intermediates and finished products using current pharmacopeias as and when required.
- Stability testing of products for new formulations and ongoing stability trials using physical and instrumental techniques as appropriate.
- Perform Qualification and Calibration of analytical equipment or instruments as and when required as per predefined schedule.
- Executing process validation and analytical method validation and cleaning validation related activities.
- Ensure the training related activities as per schedule complete within stipulated period.
- Handling and manage working standard and reference standard related activities.
- Preparation and handle audit related activities and audit compliance related activities.
- Ensuring good relations and communications with all members of the team and responding politely and in a timely fashion to internal and external customers and develop the positive progressive culture.
- Creating and executing method development and method validation test protocols for finished products and generating the appropriate analytical methods.
- Undertaking any other duties, for either this department or any other department within the business, which may be requested by the Line manager, for which training and/or an explanation has been provided and understood.
- Undertaking any other duties for regulatory update

**To Apply

Pay: ₹41,500.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
