1. Responsible for ensuring that products are available in the right place at the right time to boost sales and revenue

2. Planning and implementing merchandising strategies to obtain right products

3. Building maintaining relationships with artisans

4. Ensuring quality of products

5. Forecasting production

6. Analyzing social impact

**Required Skills**:
1. Strong knowledge of arts and craft of Bengal

2. Excellent organizational and management skills

3. Attention to detail to ensure required quality

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

5. Analytical skills to assess costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize supply chain operations.

**Required Qualifications**

1. Education: Any appropriate qualification.

2. Proven relevant work experience (minimum 5 years)
