**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **HR Executive** to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and administrative support. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring the smooth execution of HR operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate employee records, databases, and documentation (both digital and manual).
- Manage the **end-to-end recruitment process**, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and fulfill staffing requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and concerns.
- Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Assist HR leadership in ensuring compliance with labor laws and other regulatory requirements.
- Update and maintain **employee handbooks, HR policies**, and related documentation.
- Provide support in **payroll processing** and benefits administration.
- Assist in other HR administrative duties as required.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in **MS Office** (Excel and Word is mandatory).
- Knowledge of **HR operations, administration**, and basic labor law compliance.
- Strong communication skills in **Gujarati** and **English**.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
