Position: Jr. HR Executive (Administrative & Recruitment)

Location: Vadodara

About the Role:

We are looking for a young, enthusiastic, and passionate fresher to join us as an HR Executive. The role will give you hands-on experience in recruitment and administration, providing the perfect platform to kickstart your career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment

-Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

-Maintain candidate records and support offer rollouts & onboarding formalities.

-Build confidence in negotiating with candidates to close positions effectively.

Admin Operations

-Infrastructure and Facility Management

-Handle consumables & asset management.

-Coordinate travel, hotel, and meal bookings when required. Oversee day-to-day office needs.

-Maintain proper logs, records, and documentation for admin activities.

Who Can Apply:

-Experience with 0 to 1 years. Fresh graduates can apply

-B.com or BBA in HR would be preferable

-Passionate about building a career in HR & Admin.

-Must have excellent communication & negotiation skills.

-Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
