**Site Supervisor**
**Location**: Trivandrum (TVM), Kerala
**Salary**: ₹25,000 per month
**Gender**:Male** preferred
**Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years in site supervision or construction-related roles

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and **manage day-to-day operations** at the construction site.
- Oversee the **construction team**, ensuring they follow safety protocols, guidelines, and instructions.
- Monitor **work progress**, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure that all **safety measures** are in place and that workers follow safety procedures at all times.
- Inspect the quality of work to ensure compliance with **specifications and standards**.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any site-related issues.
- Maintain **site records**, including daily work logs, materials used, labor reports, and other related documents.
- Ensure that all **construction materials** are available and stored properly.
- Perform **regular checks** on equipment and machinery, reporting any issues that need attention.
- Assist in ensuring that the site is **clean and organized** and that workers have the tools and resources they need.
- Report to senior management on site progress, issues, and any required resources.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1-2 years of experience** in **site supervision** or a construction-related role.
- Strong knowledge of **construction processes**, **safety regulations**, and site management.
- Ability to **manage a team** and work effectively with workers and other professionals.
- Strong **problem-solving skills** and the ability to address site issues quickly.
- Good **communication skills** to interact with the team and report to management.
- Ability to work in **outdoor environments** and handle physical tasks when necessary.
- Basic knowledge of **construction tools, machinery**, and **site management software**.
- Ability to **work independently** and take ownership of site operations.
- **Knowledge of local building codes** and regulations.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
