Tele Call Executive cum Accountant

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Tele Calling
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers and leads generated through IndiaMART and TradeIndia
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve customer complaints
- Generate leads, follow up on leads, and convert leads into sales
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions

Accounting
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
- Manage cash flow, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and submit tax returns, including GST, income tax, and other applicable taxes
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Commerce or related field
- Freshers can also apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to learn accounting software, such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar

How to Apply
