Job Responsibilities
- Support internal peers with processes, formats and training
- Responsible for managing client tools regarding navigation
- Responsible for monthly training of end users on travel technology tools
- Maintain client travel systems
- Identify gaps and optimise processes between the traditional operations and technology
- Run reports via the client tools
- Lead testing and be part of enhancement projects of client travel technology tools.
- Reconcile BTA for several markets on a monthly basis
- Regional technology role supporting several markets

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in travel agencies
- Knowledge of GDS (Sabre is preferable)
- Ability to counsel clients and colleagues through the effective use of GDS system and supplier contacts
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to be highly productive in a self-directed work environment which fosters open communication
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task while maintaining professional rapport with corporate clients
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service and ability to market products and services to corporate clients
- Excel knowledge is preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Demonstrate ability to work successfully across cultures and regions
- Adapt to change on daily basis
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour
- Strong time management skill
