**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drink Preparation and Service**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, wine, and beer.
- Follow standardized recipes and maintain consistency in quality and presentation.
- Suggest drink pairings and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Greet guests warmly and engage with them to ensure a positive experience.
- Take orders accurately and handle customer queries or special requests.
- Address and resolve complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Bar Operations**:

- Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar, including inventory of spirits, garnishes, and supplies.
- Ensure bar equipment, such as mixers, blenders, and glassware, is clean and functional.
- Adhere to portion control and minimize wastage.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Verify guest age and refuse service to underage or intoxicated patrons as per legal requirements.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper handling of glassware and ingredients.
- Stay informed about local and state alcohol laws and regulations.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service.
- Assist in setting up and closing the bar, including cleaning and restocking.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to creating a positive work environment.
- **Promotions and Upselling**:

- Promote signature drinks, seasonal specials, and happy hour offers.
- Upsell premium beverages and suggest food pairings.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role.(5 years experience)
- Knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation, and bartending techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating tabs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
