**Job Summary**:Job Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors with pleasant smile, maintain visitors register / Visitors Management Software, direct visitors to correct person.
- Ensure back up when absent from reception desk.
- Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner, forward calls to appropriate person, take and deliver messages accurately and completely.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, organize courier deliveries.
- Monitor, control and order Stationery, maintain Stationery registers, issue stationery to departments, as per indents raised.
- Keep reception area clean and neat, maintain and organize reading material.

Should be able to speak Telugu, English. Should be good in MS Office.
**Salary**: Min: Rs. 10,000/-, Max upto Rs. 18,000/- (Negotiable).
Work Location: Jubilee Hills.
