**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand hiring requirements from internal teams
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job posting platforms and LinkedIn
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of digital marketing roles is a plus

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹800.00 per day

**Benefits**:
