**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make **outbound calls** to prospective students/customers and explain course details or product offerings.
- Handle **inbound inquiries** and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a **daily call report** and update lead status in CRM or Excel sheets.
- Schedule appointments or demos for the counseling/sales team.
- Achieve daily and monthly **call and conversion targets**.
- Maintain **polite and professional communication** with all prospects.
- Coordinate with internal teams for admissions, documentation, and payment follow-up.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent **verbal communication** in English and regional languages (Malayalam preferred).
- Strong **convincing and interpersonal skills**.
- Basic knowledge of **MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools**.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejections.
- Target-oriented with good listening and follow-up skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
