**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹18,000/month

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a **creative and detail-oriented Video Editor** to join our team in Pune. As a Video Editor, you will play a key role in transforming raw footage into compelling content that aligns with our clients' brand identity and marketing goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, ads, events, and more.
- Perform trimming, color correction, and audio enhancements.
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, and visual effects.
- Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and designers to meet project goals.
- Ensure proper file organization and meet deadlines.
- Stay up to date with current video trends, styles, and tools.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in editing software such as **Adobe Premiere Pro**, **After Effects**, **Final Cut Pro**, or **DaVinci Resolve**.
- Basic knowledge of **color grading**, **audio mixing**, and **compression techniques**.
- Strong **storytelling**ability and a **creative**mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Excellent **time management** and attention to detail.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in **motion graphics** or **animation**.
- Familiarity with video formats for **Reels, Shorts, and TikTok**.
- Understanding of **YouTube content strategy** and editing styles.
