**Job Summary**:
The Phlebotomist is responsible for collecting blood samples from patients and donors for diagnostic tests, transfusions, research, or donations. This role involves ensuring patient comfort, proper specimen handling, adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining accurate records.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draw blood via venipuncture or capillary techniques, ensuring proper patient identification and sample labeling.
- Prepare and comfort patients by explaining procedures and addressing concerns.
- Process, store, and transport specimens per laboratory protocols.
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and biohazard disposal standards.
- Inspect and maintain equipment, reporting malfunctions promptly.
- Accurately document patient information and test requisitions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and assist in training staff if required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma (required); Phlebotomy certification (e.g., CPT, NHA, ASCP).
- **Skills**: Proficiency in blood-drawing techniques, strong communication, attention to detail, and knowledge of medical terminology.
- **Experience**: Previous phlebotomy experience (preferred).
- **Physical**: Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and safely handle equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
