**JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Prepare and submit daily reports detailing.
- Field Educator has to visit camps and do the patients tests for diabetes.
- Work on assigned area hospitals and clinics with phlebotomist team.
- This is full time permanent job Clinic OPD time login 09:30am to logout 07:00pm.
- Mini automated devices have to be carried at the OPD’s for testing to be performed & share the details with the doctors/ patients.
- Field Educator will get the Camp’s roaster on daily/weekly basis.
- Device & consumables will be provided by us.
- Needs to visit on a daily basis to the OPD’s as per the roaster shared.
- Training will be provided for handling the Medical device and performing the test.
- Lab coat, training kits, devices and safety will be provided on every camps.
