1. Office Management: Oversee daily administrative tasks, manage office supplies, and maintain a well-organized workspace.
2. Scheduling & Coordination: Book meetings, manage calendars, and arrange executive travel.
3. Data & Documentation: Maintain internal databases, file documents, and prepare reports.
5. HR Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
6. Financial Assistance: Manage expense reports, invoices, and budgeting tasks.
7. Compliance & Policies: Ensure office policies are up-to-date and followed.
8. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital.
9. Office Maintenance: Ensure office equipment is in good working order and arrange for repairs as needed.
10. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel itineraries, book flights and hotels, and prepare travel documents.
11. Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences.
12. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
13. Database Management: Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
14. Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports to management and other stakeholders.
15. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot administrative issues and provide solutions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
