**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a **Compliance Coordinator** to ensure strict adherence to all **regulatory, legal, and internal compliance standards**. This role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating compliance activities, supporting audits, and promoting awareness within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to **local, state, and national regulations**.
- Manage filings and legal submissions as per statutory requirements.

**2. Documentation Management**:

- Maintain accurate **compliance-related records**.
- Organize and update **policies, SOPs, and legal documentation**.

**3. Audit Support**:

- Assist in **internal and external audits**.
- Provide required documentation and data during inspections.

**4. Training & Awareness**:

- Conduct **compliance training sessions** for employees.
- Keep teams updated on **regulatory changes**.

**5. Risk Management**:

- Identify areas of **potential compliance risks**.
- Propose **corrective and preventive measures**.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Commerce, Law, or related fields.
- **2-4 years** of experience in **compliance or related roles**.
- Excellent **organizational and communication skills**.
- Ability to **handle confidential information with discretion**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
