Compliance Coordiator

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for experienced **Factory Compliance Officers** to join our **FCS (Factory Compliance Services) vertical** at Hazira. The role requires ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance related to labor laws, safety, and factory operations as per government norms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable **labor laws, factory acts, and environmental regulations**.
- Maintain statutory records, registers, and returns as per legal requirements.
- Conduct periodic **internal audits and inspections** for compliance readiness.
- Coordinate with **government authorities** for inspections, renewals, and compliance certifications.
- Handle **contract labor compliance** and vendor documentation verification.
- Maintain updated knowledge of changes in labor laws and implement necessary actions.
- Prepare and submit **MIS reports** related to compliance to management.
- Support in handling **employee grievances** related to statutory benefits and legal compliance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate (preferably in Law / HR / Compliance).
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in **Factory Compliance / Statutory Compliance / IR functions**.
- Good knowledge of **Factories Act, Contract Labor Act, Minimum Wages Act, PF, ESIC, and other labor laws**.
- Strong **documentation and reporting skills**.
- Proficient in **MS Office** (Excel, Word).
- Ability to **liaise with government authorities** and handle audits.
