Store Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of steel products and raw materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain optimal stock levels through efficient inventory management practices to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Implement and maintain a robust inventory management system, ensuring accurate record-keeping of all in-store transactions.
- Coordinate with the production and procurement departments to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and finished goods.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and report any discrepancies or issues immediately to management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and managing supplier contracts.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations within the store operations.
- Train and supervise store staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall operational goals and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Must knowledge in paper bag kraft.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in store management or inventory control, preferably in the steel manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in the steel manufacturing industry.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- 12 hrs duty time.
