As a Mechanical Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical equipment meets the necessary requirements for safety, performance and quality. Your keen eye for detail and technical expertise will enable you to provide accurate assessments of the equipment and ensure that all standards are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Has a wide knowledge in corrosion assessments, material selection, damage mechanisms, metallurgy, and root cause analysis RCA.Conduct inspections on mechanical equipment and ensure compliance with contract specifications, customer requirements, and industry standards.
- Work closely with project managers to provide guidance on mechanical engineering design and implementation.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports that outline the equipment's condition and identify any defects or deficiencies.
- Conduct necessary measurements and testing on equipment, including pressure testing, vibration analysis and other relevant testing.
- Identify maintenance and repair requirements to ensure maximum life expectancy of equipment and reduce downtime.
- Communicate with project teams to resolve any issues that arise during inspections or testing.
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure mechanical equipment meets all requirements.

**Requirements**:

- B.S in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10 years of experience working in a mechanical inspection role.
- Preferred certificate - B.S. or B.E.
- Preferred skills - NACE (AMPP) Corrosion Specialist, API 571, 580, 570 and 510
- Knowledge of industry standards and guidelines for mechanical equipment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues with equipment.
