**Job Overview**: We are seeking Partners to join our team, providing essential care and support to individuals in need. As a Partner, you will play a crucial role in assisting with daily activities and ensuring the well-being of our clients. **Duties**: - Assist with meal preparation and feeding - Provide home care services including personal hygiene assistance - Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team - Drive clients to appointments or outings as needed - Engage in social work activities to promote mental well-being - Support individuals in memory care programs - Administer first aid when necessary - Offer direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities **Experience**:Required Skills**: - Experience in meal preparation and home care services - Knowledge of nursing home protocols and procedures - Ability to monitor vital signs accurately - Valid driver's license and willingness to drive clients when required **Nice-to-Have Skills**: - Background in social work or related field - Familiarity with memory care practices - First aid certification - Experience in direct support for individuals with developmental disabilities Joining our team as a Partner offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare and support services field.

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
