The position is responsible for assisting the Reporting Manager to complete the end-end recruitment process for OMRON India.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Collaborate with Hiring Manager(s) and Human Resources Business Partner(s) to understand the job

requirements.

2. Advertise open positions internally and externally (such as Recruitment Consultant(s)/ Social

media(s) / Job portal(s). Resume mining and screening as per the fitment of the job scope and

requirements.

3. Conduct initial telephonic interviews to create shortlists of qualified job applicants.

5. Collect the quantifiable feedback post-interviews from the Hiring Managers and follow up with

the offer stage process, including salary negotiation, salary proposal preparation, completion of offer

9. Manage recruitment-related operations on SAP SuccessFactors and maintain all recruitment-related

**Requirements**:
**Academic & Professional Qualification**:

- Graduation in Human Resources or relevant disciplines.
- MBA in Human Resources is desirable.

**Work Experience**:

- 3-4 years in end-to-end recruitment domain.
- Achievement & Experience Essential Desirable
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on various recruitment channels like - Job Boards, social media, LinkedIn, etc
- Hands-on experience in resume screening, conducting interviews, and
- handling pre-joining formalities.
- Good interpersonal skills
