Position : Sales and Marketing Exe /Reports to CMO

Location : Global (Initially in India with future relocation internationally)

The S &M Executive’s responsibilities include generating unique sales plans,developing pricing & marketing strategies, and meeting marketing & sales objectives.

Should represent the company's brand & drive strategies to increaseproduct awareness by observing the market, competitors, & industry trends.

The compensation structure will be weighted in favor of job performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Boost sales revenue & attracting new customers through a combination of existing services via new package offers.o Plan, implement, standardize, & manage marketing strategies in collaboration with the CMO, Board of Directors, & Business Directors. Focus on expanding the scope to increase revenue, market share, & geographical reach. Achieve Group’s growth targets.

Develop,implement an annual marketing plan &achieve agreed-upon quantified objectives. Oversee digital marketing initiatives & manage related third-party service providers. Research & develop marketing opportunities & plans, understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, suggest system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.

Gather, investigate, summarize market data & trends to draft reports.o Implement new sales plans & advertising strategies.

Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, & anticipating new mktg opportunities.

Willingness to travel internationally, mainly to Canada & South & Central America.

Keep abreast of industry trends by attending conferences,& workshops, reading publications, & maintaining personal &professional networks.

Requirements:
PRE-REQUISITE Maritime Industry Background in Sales (minimum 5-10 yrs)

A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

Strong closing skills &the ability to present multiple product lines

Good knowledge &understading of sales & marketing.

Strong analytical,organizational, & creative thinking skills.

Excellent communication,interpersonal, & customer service skills. The ability to understand, and follow company policies & procedures &ability to work under pressure.

Pay: From ₹450,000.00 per month
