**Responsibilities**
- Analyze financial statements: Review financial statements and business plans to determine the feasibility of a loan
- Conduct risk assessments: Assess the risk of lending to a client based on their credit history
- Complete loan contracts: Explain the terms of the loan to the applicant, obtain signatures, and collect fees
- Develop client relationships: Build and maintain relationships with clients to help them achieve their financial goals
- Monitor loan performance: Track loan performance and manage delinquency cases
- Stay updated: Stay informed of industry trends and market conditions
- Collaborate with others: Work with other departments to improve lending strategies and ensure seamless service delivery

Skills Strong communication skills, Ability to read and understand financial documents, Ability to identify and resolve problems, and Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,717.86 per month
