**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends in the industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to support sales initiatives and product launches.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate with clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong sales acumen and a passion for building relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

**Additional Information**:

- This position may require occasional travel to meet with clients or attend conferences.
- The Sales Officer will report to the Sales Manager or another senior member of the sales team.
- Compensation package includes a base salary, commission, and benefits.
