**Job Title**: Sales Executive
**Job Location**: Gandhidham-Gujarat
**Job Summary**:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing customer relationships, and promoting the company’s products and services to new and existing customers. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs, present appropriate solutions, and close sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting & Lead Generation**:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and follow up with leads regularly.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
- **Sales Presentations & Negotiations**:
- Present company products or services to potential clients and explain their benefits.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to the client’s needs.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**:
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing updates on progress toward goals.
- **Sales Administration**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and transactions.
- Submit sales reports and forecasts to management regularly.
- Assist with preparing quotes, contracts, and other sales-related documentation.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the customer service and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients.
- **Customer Feedback & Improvement**:
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management for product or service improvements.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-development.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- **Attributes**:
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
**Desirable Qualities**:

**Compensation**:
- Base salary + performance-based commission or incentives.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
