**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Sales / Marketing:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
- Identify and qualify leads through travelling, cold calling, and networking activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.

Office Operations:

- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory and provide purchase requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping, Tally invoicing.
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree needed
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the ( STEEL / PVC AND WPC ) sector.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite ( EXCEL MANDATORY ).
- Proficiency in TALLY preferable.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering measurable marketing ROI.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (required)
