**Position Overview**: We are looking for a Social Media Ads Specialist to create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Instagram and Facebook. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to drive engagement and conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement ad strategies for Instagram and Facebook.
- Create compelling ad copy and visuals that align with brand messaging.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments.
- Conduct audience research to target specific demographics effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align ads with overall strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in managing social media ad campaigns, particularly on Instagram and Facebook.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics.
- Excellent communication and creative skills.
- Ability to stay updated on social media trends and advertising best practices.
