**Printing Operator**

Responsible for operating printing machinery to produce high-quality printed films used in packaging, labeling, and protective films. The role involves machine setup, quality control, material handling, and troubleshooting during the production process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**: Operate flexographic, gravure, or digital printing machines; set up and monitor machines to ensure optimal print quality.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect printed films for defects, color consistency, and alignment; perform routine equipment checks.
- **Material Handling**: Manage the selection and preparation of films and inks for printing.
- **Process Monitoring**: Ensure printing speeds, temperature, and pressure are within specifications, and adjust as necessary.
- **Troubleshooting**: Address printing issues such as misprints, ink smudging, or mechanical failures.
