**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Gather feedback and provide updates on their concerns or issues.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues with the PRIC platform.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the technical or relevant departments for quick resolution.
- **Platform Monitoring**:

- Regularly monitor the PRIC platform for customer activity and potential problems.
- Ensure seamless operation and report any anomalies affecting the customer experience.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and personalized communication to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Generate regular reports on customer satisfaction and common issues for management review.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0 to 1 years of experience in a customer service or CRM role (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and software (preferred).
- Basic understanding of technology platforms and operations.
