**Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging, visually appealing, and intuitive interfaces for websites that are optimized for a seamless experience on desktop and mobile.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate complex technical and business requirements into compelling user-centered design solutions.
- understand users, challenge assumptions, and redefine problems to reach innovative solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, technologies and best practices to ensure the highest quality of design work.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other designers.
- Time management / prioritizing their tasks effectively
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
- Ability to meet tight deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- 1 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and design systems (such as Material Design, Bootstrap, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with user research, testing, and analysis.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with design trends and technologies.
