**Store Operations Management**:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring a safe and clean environment.
- Develop and implement efficient store policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to optimize productivity and achieve business objectives.

**Sales & Customer Service**:
Train and motivate staff to upsell products and provide expert advice on surgical equipment, ensuring customers' needs are met and exceeded.

**Inventory Management**:
Oversee inventory control processes, including monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock counts, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Analyse sales trends and customer demand to make informed inventory purchasing recommendations to upper management.

**Team Leadership & Development**:
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of store staff, ensuring their adherence to company policies and standards.
- Schedule staff shifts effectively to ensure adequate coverage while considering sales trends and operational requirements.

**Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation**:
a. Maintain an appealing store layout and visual merchandising displays that enhance product visibility and drive sales.
b. Regularly review and update product displays, signage, and promotional materials to attract customers and create an engaging shopping environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
