**Job Summary**:
The Digital Marketing Ads Expert will be responsible for the end-to-end management of digital advertising campaigns. This role requires expertise in creating, executing, and optimizing campaigns to achieve strategic marketing goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Management**: ○ Design, launch, and oversee advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. ○ Develop targeted ad strategies to reach and engage specific audiences effectively. ○ Craft compelling ad copy and visuals to enhance campaign impact. ○ Continuously monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to optimize results. ○ Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing goals and business objectives.
- **Budget Management**: ○ Manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximize return on investment. ○ Track spending and adjust budgets based on campaign needs and performance.
- **Reporting**: ○ Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and outcomes. ○ Offer insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.

**Skills**:

- Any Graduation
- 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising with a strong focus on campaign management.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong understanding of targeting, segmentation, and ad creation.
