Roles & Responsibilty:

- Deal with all general inquiries, explain procedures and make new and follow-up appointments.
- Taking care of patients and engaging them and helping them voluntarily.
- Receive and make telephone calls as required. Divert calls and take messages, ensuring accuracy of detail and prompt appropriate delivery.
- Provide information regarding various services available.
- Fix appointments over phone/person
- Be a link between the patients / attenders & the doctors.
- Ensure that the patients / attenders are kept comfortable at all times & ensure to meet their requirements.
- Engaging the patients. Talking to them and trying to understand.
- Helping the customers to fill the registration forms.
- Keep in touch with the Billing department to ensure the entries of all the diagnosis done for the respective patients.
- Handle the registration and billing process.
- Allotment of rooms for consultants as per the availability.
- Explain the packages and procedures costs to customers.
- Collecting the feedbacks from all patients.
- Ensure cleanliness of the waiting area and the doctors suites.
- Follow up with the patient for advised admission
- Responsible to convert patients internally by doing regular follow up

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
