**What this job involves**:
Compliance with Health & Safety legislation, Food Safety and Hygiene Regulations
Ensuring the effective organization and adherence to HACCP principles
High customer satisfaction survey rating (Response and Reaction)
Periodic connect sessions with F&B vendor partners
High level of effective communication
Budget & Expense balance
Identify Employee needs and respond proactively to their concerns
Product Sourcing
Periodic Repair and Maintenance
Inventory and Report
Spoilage and Waste tracking
Staffing and Training
Event Planner
Projects, Expansion and Renovation-retrofit

Teamwork & Collaboration
Good written and strong verbal communication skills
Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to network at all levels within the organization
Food knowledge a key factor as the client culinary initiatives will explore themes
Awareness of restricted, special and/or religious diets, food allergens and intolerances
Experience in supporting high profile events an advantage
Ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives
Flexible - able to adapt and effectively deal with rapidly changing, stressful situations
Proven ability to initiate and follow-up with improvement initiatives
Able to work independently and be a team player
Demonstrate drive to meet deadlines
Innovation & Creativity
Experience in financial budgets and forecasts
Exhibits confidence, honesty and professionalism
Able to articulate solutions and explain them well
