**Job Description: Assembly Supervisor**:
**Position**: Assembly Supervisor
**Location**: D -19, Sector 80, Noida
**Department**: Manufacturing / Production
**Reports to**: Production Manager / Incharge

**Education & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12+ Diploma or Graduation in a relevant field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly line, preferably in the Fiber optic or electronics industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assembly Line Management**:

- Supervise and manage the assembly line as per the product and customer requirements.
- Ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues that may arise during production.
- **Manpower Handling**:

- Allocate and monitor workforce efficiently to meet production schedules.
- Ensure proper coordination among team members and departments.
- **Production Targets**:

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of customer orders without compromising quality.
- **Documentation and ISO Standards**:

- Maintain accurate production records and documentation, complying with ISO and other regulatory standards.
- Ensure all records are up to date for audits and internal assessments.
- **Training and Development**:

- Train new associates on standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Support continuous skill development of the assembly team.
- **Monitoring Efficiency**:

- Monitor production efficiency, daily, monthly, and output.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures to enhance productivity.
- **5S and Kaizen**:

- Implement and maintain 5S workplace organization principles.
- Encourage and support Kaizen initiatives for continuous improvement in the production process.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and manufacturing best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate between different departments.
- Proficiency in handling production-related software and reporting tools.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position, based in a manufacturing facility.
