Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor - PCB Soldering, Assembly & repairs located in Noida area. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the PCB soldering, Repairs & assembly processes, ensuring quality control, and planning production. Additional responsibilities include training staff on proper procedures and maintaining a high standard of manufacturing.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and ability to manage a team efficiently
  • Experience in Quality Control to ensure high standards in PCB soldering and assembly
  • Ability to plan and oversee the Planning
  • Training skills and ability to instruct staff on processes and best practices
  • Understanding of Manufacturing processes and techniques
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Relevant experience in the electronics manufacturing (minimum 3 years)
  • Bachelor's /Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
