Reducing waiting period for services check monthly punching record calculate working days acordingly.as well as overtime duty hours mgt. Soft skill for the staff to coordinate with the patients. Reducing breakdown or repsonse time of capital live saving equipments. Understanding Post NABH assessment status of NABH by Scrutinizing Medical records Mapping Hospital activities with NABH protocols, evaluating risk management and governance process.handaling grivencess in hospital primises motivate employee to engage in his/her duty. Highlighting GAP analysis report of Structure-Process-Outcome to management. Meeting with management to formulate future plan wrt Gap analysis. Provide comfort to Top management Board and other stakeholder through effective implementations. Detecting misuse of resources, wastage to reduce unnecessary expenses. Team building, rearrangement to delegate various activities of NABH, checking efficiency of staff. Implementing "Repair rather Replace policy" for staff management.work on employe engagment policy. Scrutinizing patients feedbacks and tallying with Quality indicators Data collection for uploading NABH Quality indicators. Staff Training on Quality indicator with negative ratings Preparing Internal audit or Mock audit. Conducting NABH internal audit and submitting report to management Department wise meeting ensuring inhouse CAPA, RCA, fault finding and NC Closure Monthly Quality Management review meeting. Designing "Hospital at a Glance" TOP Management. Arranging Sessions for mockdrills on NABH chapters, SOPS, mock drills (Total 150+ Sessions) Guiding and Supporting PR and Hospital brand building social activities.corporate visit. Conducting interview ,JD,OFFER LETTER, APPOINTMENT LETTER, PERFORMANCE APPRISAL POLICY MAINTAIN with the help of top manegmnet. Supervisory control on Departmental head,supervisor, Inventory management, Hospital Information Systems.Corporate visitor. Doctor
