We are looking for a qualified Production Planner to organize production according to demand and quality standards. You will be the one to ensure our goods are produced on time for distribution in a profitable manner.

An excellent production planner is well-versed in production procedures and ways to optimize them. They are organized and results-driven with great problem-solving skills. Advanced communication and computer skills are very useful for the role.

The goal is to ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of our production operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Calculate figures such as required materials and develop material costs or standard cost list. (Manufacturing costs, and wages, using pricing schedules, adding machines, calculators, or computers). Develop material costs forecasts or standard cost lists.
- Arrange for delivery, assembly, and distribution of supplies and parts in order to expedite flow of materials and meet production schedules.
- Oversee Production Planning team to monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
- Meet with suppliers to discuss performance metrics, to provide performance feedback, or to discuss production forecasts or changes.
- Analyze the orders and plan the operations thereby optimizing resource - manpower, machine and materials allocation.
- Ensure timely availability of RM, monitor the progress of production, and modify (if necessary) in line with the actual progress and coordinate between FHs to take necessary actions.
- Check and minimize recurring value loss incurred to during the process by taking appropriate decision for the next stage.
- Co-ordinate the capacity and capability challenges are there, for timely execution of the orders through outsourcing
- Compile and prepare documentation related to production sequences, transportation, personnel schedules, and purchase, maintenance, and repair orders
- Compile information, such as production rates and progress, materials inventories, materials used, and customer information, so that status reports can be completed.
- Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as production planner
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of garment industry best practices and processes for managing material flow throughout the entire production supply chain
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Strong leadership experience with demonstrated performance driving continuous improvement with MRP/ERP background in an SAP environment
- Fundamental understanding of all aspects of Production Planning and Control including Master Production Scheduling, Demand and Supply control and optimization, Material Flow controls and management
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with Prod Ops, Quality, Supply Chain and Industrial Engineering teams to ensure all customer requirements are achieved within the appropriate business controls
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Experience leading diverse multi-functional teams

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
