This role requires a data-driven mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage and optimize campaigns to meet business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that digital marketing strategies align with overall business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Google Ads Campaign Management**:
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Remarketing) campaigns.
- Develop and execute paid search strategies to drive qualified traffic, lead generation, and sales.
- Set up and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and objectives.
- Monitor and adjust keyword targeting, ad copy, bids, and landing pages to ensure the highest performance.
- **Keyword Research and Strategy**:
- Conduct extensive keyword research to identify relevant keywords for paid campaigns.
- Continuously analyze and refine keyword lists based on performance and industry trends.
- Implement negative keywords to avoid irrelevant traffic and optimize campaign costs.
- **Budget Management & Bidding Strategy**:
- Oversee paid search budgets and ensure cost-efficient allocation of resources.
- Manage bidding strategies to achieve optimal cost-per-click (CPC) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Regularly analyze campaign budgets and performance to ensure optimal spending and maximize ROI.
- **Ad Copywriting and A/B Testing**:
- Create compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand messaging.
- Conduct A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve ad performance.
- Analyze ad performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:
- Use Google Analytics, Google Ads reporting, and other tools to monitor and track campaign performance.
- Provide regular reports on KPIs (key performance indicators), including CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders.
- **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**:
- Work with the design and development teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions.
- Conduct landing page testing and optimization to improve lead generation and sales conversions.
- **Remarketing & Retargeting Campaigns**:
- Implement and optimize remarketing campaigns to re-engage visitors who did not convert on the first visit.
- Create targeted ads and strategies to reach users based on their behavior on the website or app.
- **Stay Current on Google Ads Trends**:
- Stay up-to-date with Google Ads updates, best practices, and industry trends.
- Adapt strategies and tactics to leverage new features and capabilities in the Google Ads platform.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
