Daman, India Hotel Miramar Full time

Assist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable entries.
- Perform **GST calculations**, prepare returns, and assist in timely filings.
- Support monthly closing activities and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for invoice clarifications and payments.
- Assist in audit preparation and internal financial reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and uphold company policies.
- Generate periodic reports as required by the Accounts Manager.

**Skills Required**:

- Basic understanding of **GST rules and calculations**.
- Familiarity with Tally or other accounting software (preferred).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, formulas, basic reporting).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and time management skills.
- Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality setup is a plus.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting role preferred (freshers with internship experience may also apply).
- Basic certification or course in **GST** will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
