**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle company listings on platforms like **IndiaMART**, TradeIndia, JustDial, etc.
- Respond to inquiries and follow up with B2B leads generated via IndiaMART and other platforms.
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential business clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support conversion of leads into customers.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and marketing activities.
- Update and manage the company website and social media handles (if applicable).
- Analyze competitor listings and recommend improvements.
- Maintain strong communication with potential and existing clients.
- Report daily/weekly updates to the Marketing Manager.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in **B2B marketing** or **IndiaMART lead handling**.
- Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and online B2B platforms.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in digital marketing or basic knowledge of SEO/Google Ads is a plus.
- Prior work experience in industrial/B2B sectors (optional but preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
