**Position Summary**:

- The Architect I works within ZeOmega’s Product Management Group, providing technical leadership across the organization through proposing & delivering upon architecture initiatives, delivering designs and prototypes for needed solutions, R&D activities, and mentoring the development team. Solution Architects at ZeOmega design and document solutions, collaborate on source code with developers, evaluate 3rd party libraries/tools, and provide technical consultation to other parts of the organization**PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Design viable, effective solutions in response to business needs.
- Be accountable for the success of designs through evaluated, set milestones during any project designated as part of an architecture initiative. The architecture aspect of the project is evaluated as part of the architect's KPI measurements.
- Analyze and support client activities to eliminate gaps or inconsistencies in the initial solution, design or deliverables. This includes providing guidance to support engineers when escalation is needed to identify or solve critical production issues.
- Provide technical direction and mentoring for all product and project resources. Document recommended study materials for developers.
- Provide feedback to the product groups and development teams on features and functionality.
- Review design to ensure it is aligned with architecture.
- Analyze and coordinate aspects of solution development and architecture.
- Research existing business and technical environment including trends, best practices and company preferred open-source architectural frameworks.
- Interact with other teams to ensure viable end-to-end solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation on technical designs, standards, and architectural requirements.
- Conduct internal sessions on Architecture and Technology related topics.
- Provide input to pre-sales process when needed.
- R&D activities must result in documentation such as ‘Point of View' documents on emerging technology trends, business case documents for needed architectural initiatives, or “how-to” documentation for the development team.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education**:

- BTech / BE /M Tech / MCA/ BSc/ MSc with MBA (preferred) from reputed University**Skills**:
