Hiring - Pre-Sales Executive for India's Luxury Real Estate Developers.
Position: Pre-Sales Executives
Industry: Luxury Residential Project Developers
Location: Baner, Pune
CTC: up to 5 LPA + Incentives
Requisite:
Applicants with 2+ yrs of Relevant work experience from the real estate sector.
Applicants with excellent Communication Skills in ENGLISH as they will be calling for all Premium projects.
Connecting with customers who have shown interest in our Projects,
Generating leads of HNI & Ultra HNI Clients through outbound and inbound calls.
Mailer, SMS Activity, Data Management, Coordination with Customers.
Sending thank you mailers to walk-ins customers.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Data Entry in ERP software
Shift Timings: Day Shift 10 am to 6:30 pm
Work days: 6 days working ( weekoff will be one day between Monday to Friday)
