Account Assistant

The Accounts Assistant will:
- Handle bookkeeping and recordkeeping for orders and related bills, invoices, and receipts.
- Maintain updated financial documentation and assist in reconciliations and audit support.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep digital and physical records for order bills, invoices, vouchers, and related paperwork.
- Follow up with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for outstanding documentation when required.
- Support the accounts team with day-to-day bookkeeping, including data entry, reconciliation, and filing.
- Prepare and send purchase and sales invoices as directed.
- Assist with account payables and receivables tracking and support month-end/year-end closing tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Basic experience with Busy software or similar accounting platforms.
- Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written) for effective follow-up and internal coordination.
- Attention to detail for accurate order entry and bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with standard accounting practices and administrative processes.
- Minimum qualification: B.Com or similar; previous experience in a similar role preferred.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with sales order processing and reconciliations is an advantage.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential finance information.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
