- Communications Specialist

**Duration**
- One year (extendable basis mutual agreement)

**Purpose**

If you think you can ace digital strategy, campaigns, SEO, and SEM, we would like to speak to you. If you can help us mainstream sustainability from the margins to the mainstream through effective communication, we would consider hiring you.

**Primary responsibilities and deliverables**
- Co-design and own the revamp of CEEW’s corporate website.
- Identify and manage agencies and vendors to amplify CEEW’s work across a range of digital platforms.
- Develop SEO, SEM & content strategy and provided UX & UI suggestions based on data insights.
- Conceptualise and lead digital campaigns to humanise climate change and sustainability.
- Lead/assist the development of new digital dashboards and tools.
- Periodically analyse the digital landscape and map competitors to optimize CEEW’s long-term digital strategy.
- Play a key role in designing digital journeys for a range of audiences.
- Measure and report performance of all digital properties/campaigns and assesses against goals.
- Support the design and execution of social media strategies for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and any new platform that CEEW leverages.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Stay up to date with latest digital trends and emerging platforms.

**Other responsibilities**
- Provide on-ground support for CEEW events.
- Support the Outreach team in other tasks as and when required.

In addition to the duties and responsibilities above, the individual should be prepared, as and when necessary, to take on additional tasks.

**Selection Criteria**

**Education and other skills**
- Master’s degree in communications, digital marketing or any related fields
- 2-5 years experience in digital strategy, digital marketing or a similar role
- Prior experience with a leading digital branding/marketing experience will be preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent eye for detail
- Excellent grasp of the English language
- Agile project management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively

**Desired skills**
- Excellent analytical ability
- Excellent content marketing ability
- Thorough understanding of SEO, SEM and digital media analytics tools
- Specialisation in digital advertising
- Strong storytelling ability
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Drupal, WordPress and other CMS tools
- Innovative, out-of-the-box thinking on digital communications
- Strong content development abilities
