**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Training**: Deliver lectures, workshops, and practical sessions on MERN stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- **Curriculum Development**: Design and update course materials, including lecture content, assignments, and projects, to ensure the curriculum remains up-to-date with industry standards.
- **Hands-on Projects**: Guide students through practical projects to help them gain hands-on experience with full-stack development.
- **Student Assessment**: Monitor and evaluate students’ progress through assessments, coding assignments, and projects.
- **Industry Updates**: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in MERN stack development and incorporate them into your teaching materials.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other faculty members to enhance the overall learning experience and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- **Support Career Growth**: Assist students with portfolio building, resume preparation, and job interview techniques for a successful career in full-stack development.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- **Technical Expertise**: Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN stack).
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of industry experience as a MERN stack developer or related role.
- **Teaching Skills**: Prior teaching or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot and guide students through coding challenges and projects.
- **Commitment**: Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge, with the ability to inspire and engage students.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
