**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate CNC machines to perform tasks milling operations
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
- Set up machines, load tools and raw materials, and perform routine adjustments.
- Monitor machine operation to detect any issues and ensure precision and quality.
- Perform regular machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Measure and inspect finished components using calipers, micrometers, and other gauges.
- Troubleshoot minor problems during the machining process.
- Maintain documentation and logs related to production and quality checks.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Collaborate with the quality and maintenance team to ensure product and process compliance.

**Requirements**:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Tool & Die or relevant trade.
- 1 to 4 years of experience operating CNC machines.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming is an added advantage.
- Ability to work with measuring tools and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good attention to detail, quality orientation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with FANUC/Siemens/Heidenhain or HAAS controls.
- Must worked with 3 axis or 5 axis CNC Milling Machines
- Exposure to lean manufacturing or 5S practices.
- Knowledge of G & M codes is a plus.
