**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements, developing design concepts and solutions that align with their vision and goals.
- Prepare architectural drawings, detailed plans, elevations, and 3D models using design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Ensure all designs comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and industry standards.
- Develop and present project proposals, including design concepts, budgets, timelines, and material choices, to clients and other stakeholders.
- Manage all phases of the architectural design process, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of all design elements and successful project delivery.
- Prepare and review construction documents, including specifications, technical drawings, and material schedules, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications, addressing any issues that may arise during construction.
- Oversee the bidding process, selecting contractors, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor project costs, schedule, and scope to ensure all aspects of the design are being executed effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and materials to incorporate innovative design practices into projects.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and interns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- years of experience as an Architect, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction practices.
- Experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors and consultants.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and external partners.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles and green building practices.
- Knowledge of cost estimation and construction management processes.
